“Knowledgeable, patient and not pushy”

We have just purchase a sofa from Fosse Park, Leicester branch. We were greeted when entering (and as always I thought - here we go, pushy) On the contrary, after introductions we were told to look around and If they were required to give them a look up. She was most helpful and not over bearing. She left us to discuss things in private several times, returning 5 or so minuets later. We went home with 2 sofas in mind but needed to measure up. We returned next day and again she was both patient and kind. We dragged her around the store looking again as neither of our choices were suitable. She was professional without being - sickly sweet. A nice sofa is now on order and I have no reservations in purchasing it.
