“Booking conditions change on daily basis”

I had been considering booking a trip to Portugal and dealt with various Hot Deal Holiday advisors over 3 days.

Obviously having read Holiday Discount Reviews I was anxious to ensure that the price advertised was actual price I would end up paying.

On Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th I was assured by them from Hot Deal Holidays that any holidays advertised were the actual final price. No admin or booking fees. They stated that only additional fees should be luggage and credit card fees etc which I was happy to accept.

This morning when I spoke to the adviser from Hot Deal Holidays he stated that there would an extra booking fee of £20 per person. He was unable to provide a valid reason as to why there was suddenly a booking fee when I had previously been assured there would be none!

This is very misleading and as a customer this has made me wary using Holiday Discount Centre
