I have motor finance with moneyway. Back in November some drunken idiot crashed into my parked car and wrote it off.
Churchill paid £7000 of my balance, my gap insurance cleared another £1400 and I was advised that I only owed £280 (this took them 5 months to get to that figure)
Come to today - I now owe £5000!!!!!!!!! I have been incorrectly advised.
Moneyway - ran by monkeys.
£5000 has accumulated in 1 month. Do not ever go with these idiots no matter how desperate you are.
They're nice to you until you run into trouble which isn't even YOUR fault.
If I could give no rating I would. Appalling.
And every time you do call up, the advisor has no idea what you're taking about until half an hour later where you've been placed on hold getting charged so they can read your notes.
Moneyway is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with.
