“service rip off”

would never use again, quoted one price actually paid double. full service was to include oil but informed I would have to pay £30 extra on top of the oil included ,bearing in mind I only have a corsa I found this outrageous. Service book not filled in correctly and when you call them you will be on hold for 12 minutes or more . I thought I was saving but would have been better off going to main agent.
