“Review of Everyday loans”

Was very happy with the service sobia mahmood gave me dealing with my application from start to finish. Very pleasant helpful and bends over backwards to accomodate and give best service she can. 5 star rating for her.

I do however have very negative thoughts on the company itself due to its policies however.
Primarily in the inhouse rating system, that effectively decides for you, what it thinks your budget is depending on your credit scoring, despite having factual paperwork to prove you jave xyz budget, the inhouse rating from 1-8 seems to just pluck a number out of thin air and says, listen mr customer, I know you are proving to me factually that you have 800 a month free disposable cash, but as your credit scoring is low (no shitt, this is a loan provider for people with bad credit) and on our inhouse scaling your ranked number 6 out of 8, we are going to just pretend you dont have 800 and instead have 100 frew within your budget...
Stopping me borrowing the amount I wanted and factually can afford. Truthfully baffles me as to how the company makes money when they are practicing like this. Also the fact the company doesnt seem to understand the concept behind consolidation. Despite the entire purpose of consolidation loan being to, wait for it.. consolidate. Meaning take 4 monthly bills and pay them.off to create 1 much smaller bill, therefor free up.more budget, this company still counts those bills that will.no longer exist, as part of the budget.

So overall, im extremely unhappy with the company, would never recomend to anyone nor use the company again after this loan.but very happy with the service provided at the Edinburgh branch. So you have the right staff, just miserable poor illogical business loosing policies.
