“disappointing ”

Ok I do my shopping then go to work at lunch I nip to bank and the machine rejects my card saying wrong pin? I ring bank 40/45 mins and are promised it's sorted so as me and my hubby are going away I nip to petrol station fill up and my card is blocked.cannot unblock at cash machine.cannot reach bank.cannot leave with petrol tank full.then my husband goes to cash machine and his card is blocked.he does not use this account at all but cannot get access.ring bank 2 hrs?????? He cannot tell them what dd we have without asking me to which he's told he's not allowed to ask. Poor poor card still blocked and still paying for it
