I am totally upset with my holiday. I booked holiday between 17-24 April.
We wanted to have spa break. Hotels jacuzzi never worked. My son had to leave to hotel on the 20th April and came back to London. We had to pay extra flight ticket for him. On your website before my booking for this holiday, I checked hotel pictures and location. But pictures are not to same.
Hotel itself can not be rated 4star. You did not give exact name for the hotel. Finding hotel was not easy. Even the local people and taxi driver did not know about it.
Internet was not working even I paid for it.
It was totally disaster for us. We are not happy at all.
