The whole procedure from choosing a kitchen to having it installed was a nightmare. Constant delays, repeatedly having to correct my order, workmen pulling out at the last minute,not getting the kitchen I orignally had choosen. On the upside, they did strive to put all their wrongs right once their installation manager got on board. The two workmen I was eventually assigned were great and made me feel better about the whole shambles. I would like to thank then for their hard work. This was a very stressful experience indeed and took away the excitement of having a new kitchen. A lesson in customer care would not have gone amiss here and being honest with the customer, if you have too much work on then at least give a start date that you can genuinely start the work on and not randonly phoning to cancel just days before. This an unacceptable was to treat a customer.
