“Disgusting , fraudulent company! Shocking customer...”

Beware match.com they will do all they can to trick you and trap you into an automatic renewal. They then make it as difficult as possible to complain and before you know it the are scamming you for large sums of money.

They do not match you in any way! And the only time they seem to put any effort in is when you subscription expires. You will suddenly get loads of views on your profile.

It's one thing for them to make mistakes, but to to treat customers the way they do is darn right horrific!

If you do read this and decide to still give them a try. Pay through PayPal. At least there customer service is good and they got my money back. But they should not have to

Take screen shots of you cancelling auto renewal, and check your bills as the add on all sorts. Expect them to try to trick you! As that's what they do!
