“No Delivery, No Return Calls from Managers & No refund...”

Very competitive prices of goods, easy order and transaction... But failed to deliver good on arranged delivery date. Re-arranged delivery date and confirmed only to find out that this too was cancelled. Asked for a refund, still haven't had an email confirming cancellation or refund. Asked to speak to a Manager, who always doesn't seem to be at their desk or is very busy. My advice is to stay clear of this firm until they improve on delivering goods and customer service.
