extremely easy to make a claim and quickly dealt with. great service and helpful staff. Made a stressful time easier.

I would not hesitate to recommend the service. The website was easy to use so I didn't have to waste time. When I needed to speak to someone they were friendly and helpful. I had heard mixed things about pet insurance but my experience was all good.
