“Very eager to help”

The service that I received from Vince was very efficient and tailored to my needs. He didn't try to sell me any extras or force me into booking with him. He displayed a genuine interest in my travel arrangements and worked hard to find the best deal for me. We had a slight misunderstanding at one stage and despite not being his fault, he appolgised and took ownership and rectified the situation. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that the end price was fairly average and being a student, I have limited funds and had hoped for more of a bargain, whether this was realistic or not. I'd definitely use this service again.
