I have ordered a deep red classic on 1st April and somehow the bag didnt reach me due to some hiccups The bag was returned to UK.The customer support supervisor has been asissting me since the day I started to check on the status on the undelivered bag. She replied my emails promptly and answered my queries.Though there are some issues which caused some inconveniences to me , I am glad she managed to solve it. Overall, I am pleased with her swift action and customer satisfaction, trust is important for this online shopping. Thanks!
