“TERRIBLE SERVICE”

We order a rattan table and chairs we selected our delivery date and then they called to change this. Then the delivery driver called on the day they had cancelled and delivered our cover we ordered. The next day he return with what we though was our table and chairs. We went to put it up to see that they had delivered us a headboard instead of our table. We rang them straight up and reported this and they said they would send it back out but it would take 2 days. We waited and still nothing, this has now been going on for over a week. When we called 2 days ago the day after they were meant to collect the headboard and deliver the table they said they had no record of us calling and reporting it and that they would pass our information on to the delivery people and arrange for them to sort out. It is now another 2 days on and we are no further along and no-one can give us an answer. When you call you are on hold for 20 before you can speak to anyone. I would advise not to buy anything from here unless you are happy to wait 2-3 weeks for what you ordered and to have to constantly chase up to correct problems should one happen with your order.
