“Ledbury sofa”

I saw the Ledbury sofa in my local NEXT home store and loved it so I decided to order the medium one. Ordering was easy and communication from NEXT regarding delivery was excellent. Sofa arrived and I was disappointed because it didn't seem to feel as comfortable as the one I had tried instore but I thought it would feel more comfortable as it got used. I have the sofa less than two months and already the material has rucked and there is a dip in the seat cushion so i am constantly swapping the seat cushions over and turning them to get rid of these unsightly dents. There is also a dent in the arm of sofa were I rest my arm so the sofa is undoubtedly poorly made and nowhere near worth the £850 I paid for it. NEXT are sending a representative out to see want the fault is but that's taking ages and the deputy manager instore said that they have had similar problems with other sofas so that speaks volumes. Would definitely not buy another one from NEXT.
