I have been with M&S for years. Last year my Miniature Schnauzer had to have treatment/surgery for bladder stones. Have just had my annual renewal for 2011 and I am horrified to see that it has almost doubled in cost from £291 last year to £574 for the forthcoming year! Having been loyal to them for so many years I now have a very elderly dog who no one else would now want to insure. Dilema!
