“Disgusting company | Terrible Business ethics and...”

We ordered the DOS TV Stand in black high gloss and when it arrived it was only half delivered with numerous pieces missing, but this is only the start of the big issue. The main problem is that the item grossly does not match the item description on the website. It states there is high gloss components that are evidently just matte black. Upon being mislead we opened a ticket notifying them of the missing parts and the misleading description and requested a full refund. They said they would take the goods back in full (despite us telling them lots of pieces were missing) and that we must pay 25% of the items total price to have it shipped back to them (£80). They also denied any misleading description despite me having the item in front of me.

After 8 voice-mails and 4 emails we finally got through with an email that was around a 1000 words long with a word document with pictures attached describing every single misleading description to the tee comprehensively. Despite the irrefutable evidence and the fact they clearly didn't read our email they just didnt acknowledge it and asked us to pay again despite there Terms and conditions stating they pay for the pickup! in the meantime we have raised a case with trading standards, reported them to watchdog, and I post on there fb page regularly (which they remove constantly) as well as putting a claim in to paypal to retrieve my funds.

Well.....after emailing back stating they clearly havent acknowledged the irrefutible evidence they then said they refuse to support the problem further because I have made a paypal claim, even though this could be resolved and I can close the case manually.

Quite frankly I have caught the rat by the tail and its squealing, finding every dark corner to hide in so it can take my hard earned cash and not own up to its own mistakes. I hope you enjoy having the funds pulled out of your business by force by paypal, because unlike your business that practices terrible ethics and aftercare, many people see things differently, the item is waiting for you here to pick up you baseless wastes of time.

How on earth do people at furniture in fashion get up and go to work in the morning when they know they provide such a bad service. Businesses like yours won't last long and I'm going to make every effort to have your name smeared through social media and word of mouth. Good job F and F the worst business of the year award goes to you!
