“Villa Perfect- Holiday lettings AWFUL company”

The Villa we rented was beautiful - the people amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Holiday rentals not so much. Hidden charges and denying me my deposit despite the property owner saying there were no problems. When I asked how to move it forward as all agreed that I should have my deposit, but none wanted to pay it. Holiday Lettings said " It's nothing to do with us". "You need to deal with it yourself".

Thanks for less than nothing - would never use again.
