“Appalling Customer Service ”

Had 5 windows, 2 doors & patio doors installed on 26/04/14 by Penicuik & Jobs Worth Doing. Took months to do remedial work however my main issue is that we noticed the big lounge glass unit was damage! It is now 22/04/15 and 6 more damaged units later (total 7 so far) we are waiting Number 8 to arrive! After 7 weeks, this time, we phoned last week and today been told Will not get No 8 until 19/05/15!
I wrote to complain, no response, wrote again, no response! I phoned who I wrote to and was more or less told it was not her problem but she had passed both letters down the line to be dealt with! I expected a proper response to a complaint but obviously they have no policy for this. In a nut shell folks, this firm does not comply with it's customer services charter so I would never recommend them to anyone unless you are prepared for over a year's worth of frustration and your time wasted chasing people. Actually I wouldn't even give them 1 STAR however this site makes you put something in!
