“A mixed review”

My first impression of HolidayGems was good, very easy website to use and to book a holiday with flights.

Trying to telephone is quite a different matter, 4 numbers I tried all of which I could not get to speak to anyone, the calls went through but there was no one at the other end, this I tried about 7 times, I began to think this company was not bonafide, when a gentleman rang to tell me he had a received a call from me earlier, I wonder which number managed to get through in the end ? very strange.

I received a telephone call during this afternoon, this put my mind at rest, (152) was very informative, helpful and friendly, only to let me know that my original payment for the holiday had changed and was more, she then rang back to confirm my holiday, hope in the future I will be able to contact you by telephone if the occasion arises , I would like to say I would recommend HoiidayGems to a friend.
