“disgraceful rip off company avoid!!”

How this company continue to trade is beyond me based on the reviews I've just read here seems they need to be reported to watchdog. Shame I never did my research before ordering. Placed order for new bed frame on Saturday night for delivery today (Tuesday) waited in all day, taking day off work for it not to arrive. An hour on the phone waiting to speak to somebody on a 0845 number! I have now been told it's sat at a depot somewhere but they don't know where nor do they know when it will be delivered. Currently awaiting manager call back though I won't hold my breath.
