“Absolutely brilliant service”

I rang up to start a new application for motorcycle insurance this afternoon, fully expecting to be on hold for about an hour then to have the call answered by a miserable person. Instead I was pleasantly surprised. I got straight through to an advisor, the advisor I spoke to was very helpful and spoke to me like a person not a robot. The professionalism that he handled my application with was by far the best I have experienced... EVER! This young man definitely deserves a pay raise or at least some sort of acknowledgement for his hard work.
