Following several years of financial/Divorce and health issues. I was served with several repossesion order on debt acrued over the years. Although some creditors accepted payments. One solicitor was intent on repossesion for £3000 debt. Depsite being in a postion to pay monthly installments. As a result and with 2 children I was diagnoised with depression and felt suicidal. However, I was advised by PayPlan to contact Revival Repossession. I received a telephone call from gentleman whom advised proposed affordable payment. He re-assured the legalities and also confirmed my own knowledge and ability to negociate and attend cocurt if needd be. (unablr to do this due to bullying tactics from solicitors). Although the Solicitors in question continues to push for repossession order However, thanks to his advice I feel able/strong enough to represent myself in court. I would like to say a big thank you from myself and children for advice offered by Revival Repossesion.
