When purchasing Jane Norman people need to remember they are purchasing the label of Jane Norman so therefore it is quite expensive.



I have bought online and had fast delivery and also in the shop I have alwasy met friendly staff so after reading these comments it sounds like I am quite lucky.



I tend to buy items in the sale or on eBay but I do sometimes pay full price if I honestly like an item.



As you can tell, I do love Jane Norman but the items are lacking in good material for instance most tops I try on are actually see through and my bra and even belly button is viewable buy everyone no matter how much I like the item I dont like this factor.



I have never bought shoes from here or jewellry so i cannot comment on this nor have I purchased a coat or jeans. Mainly tops and dresses I have bought.



So please, make your own oppinion rahter than just reading the reviews here because this is only a selection of there customers. If they where as bad as the reviews say they would be shut by now due to lack of customers.
