“Don't Use Goldcar!!!!!!!!”

Went to the Algarve last week and unfortunately decided to use Goldcar, via rentalcars.com

Having waited over an hour to be served, I was told I needed to pay for additional insurance as the Full Protection on my rentalcars.com booking wasn't going to cover me! or leave a security deposit of €1,200 - I nearly walked away but having spent an hour waiting I didn't want to waste any more of my holiday. I was then told I needed to pay for the fuel, which having checked my bank account on returning to the UK discover that they have charged me €108 - I even returned the car full of fuel as requested.

These people should not be running a business, they are close to being criminals.

Do not use these people and hopefully they will be forced out of business.

I will purse them legally...
