“check your receipts”

Hi all, I work at aldi, Tottenham. at aldi you get quality and a very good price well most of the time. Aldi make a lot of money by missleading on price. As a till assistant from my own experience there's a hundred maybe more items that they display one price but when you are at the till is total different. If you doing a large shop and you don't check your receipt you will never know. But I have customers at my till with two items , and customers know exactly what they have to pay. Until you tell them the total that is. That's when Aldi gets cought. Then the manager comes and they apologize to the customer. The truth though is the supposed to be mistake was going on for weeks and we are talking for a lot of items. Sometimes they say they will correct it as soon asap but they never do. They misleading customers with pricing on purpose but when they get caught they just say it's a mistake and they get away with it. It happens all the time. They know is not easy for customers with a big shopping to know exactly prise for every item. My advice check your receipt.
