“efficient service and a helpful delivery driver”

I already knew what flooring and underlay I wanted and chose to buy from flooring supplies based on their well presented website and, mostly, their overall price. The Kahrs internet distributors seem to charge much the same price for Kahrs products but the free Tuplex underlay offer and free delivery really made the difference in deciding which supplier to use.

After ordering I had a phone call to confirm the delivery date (same as stated on the website so no surprises there). I did ask if the driver could bring the 9 packs inside rather than deliver to the kerb and on the day he cheerfully did so despite being clearly very pushed for time, so many thanks for that.

The floor's going down well so I haven't needed to go back to the supplier for any advice but they do have instructions and video guides on the website which h are essential for a first-timer, especially the floor-levelling tolerances, which are a pain but worth getting right!

Overall, very happy and I would use them again.
