“Such poor service”

Ordered a blind and paid the p&p but had no delivery so phoned the company. I was told there was a delay but they never contaced me to tell I had to contact them. Due to delay I then needed it to be delivered to another address and they confirmed this to me.
It was not delivered to this address but to the first address where there was no one to take in so just dumped in the garden.
I then had to call again to try and sort out but they really don't give a damn.

It's not a cheap company, they promise loads but can't keep them. There is better service and value elsewhere.
