I ordered and paid for a DeWalt drill. Website said it was in stock - delivery in 2-5 days. 5 days after ordering I received an email saying that the item was delayed coming to their dispatch warehouse and would not be with us for a further 11 days. I take this to mean it was not in stock after all. I cancelled the order. I was then told it would take 30 days to refund and indeed it did.
