After paying for years for my Labrador I noticed the premiums were getting high .I called them to explain to me 3 times so they can explain the cover I was paying for as the Policy said 'external cover' only . I was told I was covered for nothing , maybe fleas but all claims would be dealt with on a 1-1 basis after submission. I have never claimed before and believed I was covered .
