“Horrible customer service”

What is most annoying about the customer service is the inconsistency. In one airport they will let you take the bag and on another connecting flight they will stop you. They are too lazy to even move the bags in the overhead conpartment to make them fit. These idiots should fly southwest one time to understand what good customer service is
