Good Points
- Good server performance
- Their support is really good and flexible...
- They actually deliver what they offer

Bad Points
- You have to pay via Paypal (I don't like Paypal but well... it's not a big deal).

General Comments
What I like best about HostingInsiders is the personal touch. With other companies you often get automated replies and they will not bother really looking into your issue... Hostinginsiders have always resolved my problems and never let me down within the last 4 years now.



I also like the fact that you can actually use what they sell. I had an account with another company that offered 1000 GB of disk space but when I used only 2 GB I got kicked for using "too many resources". Hostinginsiders don't offer these insane amounts of space but they will actually let you use what they sell and best of all: They do not overload their servers.



By the way, they always replied to my emails within 24 hours or less... I don't understand why some people have given them bad reviews based on their customer service...maybe these people use too strict spam filters or something.
