“IKEA LÖNSET BED SLATS- STAY AWAY!!!!!”

I bought a Malm super king size bed which was recommended to come with some Lonset bed slats x 2

These Lonset bed slats are just an absolute joke from start to finish. Basically you will have to assemble them and it's near impossible.
Obviously the Malm instructions came with differents slats on a ready made roll but that wont be the case here thanks to what IKEA recommended me and me trusting it.

Starting with assembling Lonset basically you will have to put all of the slats in their rubber emplacement but they sort of all have to go at the same time really in order to close them which is almost impossible.
So you have a frame which you try to tighten. If it's too tight the slats are stuck if it's too loose they all fall and you have to start again...that's right...very little room for manoeuvre...You basically have to half tighten the frame and force them downwards all of the slats...I can't imagine everybody being able to do it. I mean it's completely mis-designed and icing on the cake once you've managed to do the impossible they will move within the bed MALM frame and need additional fixings not included in order to sort it out....great...absolutely ridiculous.

Right so basically stay away from this product!!! you've been warned and as far as I'm concerned I'll never go back to IKEA because this is just unprofessional and stupid.
