“Quick job, high standard”

We needed a quick custom print job of A3 folded leaflets. I discussed this over the phone and the specification required. Details were registered on the website, the price agreed (£100 cheaper than a more local competitor, even when £30 charge for express delivery was included). I sent pdf artwork and a proof was returned within 2 hours. Unfortunately it went into my Spam box so I didn't pick it up until too late to process it that day. Some changes were needed and a revised proof arrived at 0830 the following morning, was approved within 30 minutes and the job was underway. The product arrived 52 hours later, well packed and exactly to spec. Full marks and thanks.
