Good Points
Very easy to use and its free (unless you have VIP which someone else probably bought for you anyway), many rooms to choose from and if you don't take an interest in the rooms you can make your own. guestbooks, photos, blogs, and gifts, mail & private messaging

Bad Points
Some of the rooms are oversensored, but there's always pm wher you can say whatever you like..
scrolling and spammers.. but you'll get that everywhere

General Comments
I like the fact that you can place people on permanent ignore, and add many people to your friendslist letting them know when you're on and vice versa. it also has many features like backgrounds andentry and exit messages that you can turn off if you want. as far as chatrooms go, spin is likely to be one of the best there is. Well recommend Spin Chat.com
