I am disgusted with the service I have received from this company. Not only were my flowers not delivered 4 days ago but I haven't, as yet, received any explanation, apology or refund. It appals me to think the manager/director can sleep well at night knowing her inability to provide a service has upset so many people, my friends who are mourning the death of their relative and myself in knowing they feel forgotten.
