Amateur hour has arrived in parcel delivery…actually, I should say non-delivery with ipostparcels. Perhaps the clue is with their name…well, it certainly isn’t ideliverparcels. This company is a joke. Forget their next day promise, they simply don’t turn up when they say they will. They have failed three times now and my parcel is three days late. They are very difficult to contact. They won’t reply to emails, just a computer generated acknowledgement. They don’t provide telephone numbers, you have to research that online. And if that’s not enough, my tracking info was altered to say that THE RECIPIENT changed the delivery time and date! Blatant lies! If the sender checks the progress of this parcel, they will then believe it’s MY FAULT it hasn’t been delivered rather than this worthless, substandard company! Hopefully they will be gone from this business very quickly and save a lot of people a lot of hassle.
