l love Jane Norman but their website mailing list is hopeless. Basically l saw an amazing dress online. Instead of buying it l planned to go to the store and try it on. Three days later before going to the store l checked online and to my horror the dress was reduced by half price! That's not so bad but by reducing it there was no stock left in my size. The next day l received an email informing me about their sale. Too late to tell me after the sale has begun. l have emailed customer services twice and l am still waiting for a response. Very disappointing.
