Called them to check prices of last minute flights to Egypt, either Sharm El Sheikh & Luxor & ended up booking flights to LUXOR. When the confirmation email failed to materialise I called them to chase it up & was told by a different colleague that flights were to Luxembourg & when i said it was LUXOR he quickly said "yes, its LUXOR" & as their email system was down it would be sent following day. No phone calls or emails the next day so almost 24hrs after they had taken payment from me I called them to be told that the flights they had booked were to Luxembourg!!! Nowhere near Egypt! By then the other flights we had found with 2 other companies were now full. Ended up paying a much higher price for alternative flights through Egyptair direct. Waited a week for a refund & then got back £2.50 less than had paid for!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
