“First time experience of Crop Shop Norwich”

I went in for a tidy up of my shoulder length hair which had been thinned out and was poking everywhere after a long time between cuts (my bad) and waited approximately thirty seconds before going upstairs with a hairdresser.
I thought it would be a bad time as it was 1pm but I guess as a weekday I got lucky. No wait whatsoever. Discussed what I wanted and was sent to be washed, conditioned and massaged - a very nice experience.
Plenty of time spent on cutting, blow-drying and straightening my hair, minimal chat but enough not to be uncomfortable.
The place was tidy (very busy)and didn't look dirty as I had seen in some reviews (which almost put me off going in)
All in all I was very pleased.
