“waste of good money”

Spent 480 pounds on a pair of varifocals. they are the worst glasses i have ever bought. took them back as i couldnt read or drive with them they tried to correct them but only by adjusting the frame. Conversation a few metres away between staff made it quite plain that they should have been returned earlier and that customers should remember this! Nothing was said to me, have gone back to wearing my old glasses as i can see with these.
Would never use them again as the same happened with my husbands glasses.
in future i would check reviews and lusten to what others have told me previously. This is tbe first tine in 59 years of wearing glasses i have had a pair tbat are useless.
