“Didn't even try to deliver”

Driver got to neighbour's house and didn't even ask for directions (or from other nearby open premises). I get about 5 deliveries per week and none of the other firms have had a problem finding us. UK Mail emailed/text me to contact them but sent no contact number, email or consignment number. When I emailed via website they just sent me a consignment number and no information on getting my parcel. When the parcel finally did arrive (after intervention by the sender) it looked like it had been run over. I would not recommend using this company for anything you want delivered promptly or safely.
