Having searched for 25mm wooden slat venetian blinds to replace plastic ones originally fitted in our conservatory some 7 years ago Terrys was one of the few companies offering ready made widths and drops to match. Some of the sizes were out of stock bur their customer service kept us up to date throughout. Despatch confirmation and tracking number was excellent which enabled me to liaise with their delivery company FedEx as I would need to be contacted to pop back home to receive the order. All in all a very good experience and certainly we will use Terrys in the future.
