I am trying to book a weekend for me and a friend. We arent the most well off but thought we deserved a night and a spa treatment. This site looked wonderful! Prices were right and we decided to book. I then get a call from a very rude man . He said there wasnt avaliablilty for that price of room and we would have to go up over £100 which we werent willing to do. Thinking that when i told him this he would try and find another weekend or a different hotel with rooms for under that price. I got a very sarcastic okay miss wardle bye and the phone was put down. Terrible!
