“poor attention for disabled person”

i am disappointed with the level of poor service given to my disabled wife despite of me informing in writing while making the booking.

tour manager is the lease co-operative and does not have any understanding about how a disabled person would feel when you dont treat them with there needs.

i regret on booking with star tours as coming from USA to enjoy europe this is one of the worst experience have had
