“Fast and efficient Service”

I have been very impressed with visa Genie. I found them online 2 years ago and have used them for Indian and Chinese Visa's, single and multiple entry. What I like is they have made it very easy for me ever since my first application. They never ask me every time for the information they are allowed legally to keep on file, and they make the requirement of providing a photo easy. I use my smartphone and email them my pics and they choose the best one.

I am going next week (April 20th 2015) to China and needed urgent help. I was called up, and they took me through the options. They received my passport on a friday and it came back to me registered post on the Wednesday morning. As a person who travels extensively and is not in the UK for long periods of time, I have found their service to be very reliable.

I think one area of improvement possibly is automatic notifications when your passport has been given in, or when they get it back as that would assist with communications, but they have recently emailed to say it is being sent out via your requested delivery service, which is good.

I have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use them whenever I need Visa's.

Their pricing is fair in my opinion, and for the service they provide, I think it is value for money.
