I have been an OCUK customer for a few years now but have never had the need to really contact support until recently.
I had some questions regarding a **B-Grade Monitor** as well as an ongoing issue with an existing order and I have to say the support has been fantastic.
I really appreciate the agents approach to the tickets, at no point did I feel like I was being read to from a script and what impressed me most was that when they were unsure of something they freely admitted it which is a refreshing change from the generic "We understand your frustration and thank you for your patience" responses most companies provide.
I really believe that the support provided is the main reason I will continue to support OCUK, so credit where credit is due.
