I booked a holiday to the U.S. with them and had always had no problems before .What I've discovered from this experience is , it only needs one thing to go slightly wrong ,and you'll be chasing your own tail trying to get it sorted .The customer service don't care , don't get back to you , they aren't even remotely interested .I tried writing , e mailing and phoning - nothing .I spent ages on the phone which got me nowhere , they just promised to call back - but never do .Avoid at all costs and read the Expedia.com reviews on here - hundreds of dissatisfied people can't be wrong .
