I contacted my IT Engineer to request a call forwarding service to be added to our telephone system. He contacted Daisy Group and I was immediately contacted by someone from Daisy Group to arrange a visit from one of their engineers. A date for the engineer to visit was set and I was again contacted by the lady from Daisy Group to make sure everything was alright. I then received a phone call two days earlier then the engineer was expected to say that he was in the area and would I like him to call in to do the work, so the work was completed then. So overall I was more than satisfied with the service received.
