“very friendly service indeed”

Had previously signed up with a different company to find me a car ....they couldnt so feeling deflated thought i would try you !! from the very first contact ,i felt confident and asured that it wouldnt take long to get from inquiry to car ! My personal contact was helpful ,polite ,efficient and clearly knew what he was doing .I recieved info through email,texts,phone calls which ever suited me best ,depending on work kids etc.The paperwork was simple and completed only requiring signatures.All a throughly excellent sevice .Which i expect to continue whilst I have the car ,and i will not hesitate to phone up if i encoutera problem !! Only one tiny point,I feel it is unfair that the mileage used to transport my car to me is not added to my allowance,as the car is way down south England and im North Scotland!!! ,this will add 800/900 miles to my count.:-( this is my only gripe so far.....
